Indian Railways allows Transfer of Railway Ticket Passengers with confirmed tickets can now transfer their tickets to someone else. Though the current reservation terms state that the customers cannot transfer a berth or seat reserved in the name of the respective person to another person but some modifications to the rules have now been announced.
